Jobs & Reponsibilities
- To liaise with customers regarding the benefits / advantages of the services offered
- Encouraging new prospects to purchase and provide them with information if necessary
- To hit the daily KPI set by team leads
- To coordinate with the marketing team regarding ad prospects
- Follow up with customers regarding new promotions and events
What are the requirements to apply?
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written forms (English, Hindi a must, candidates with proficiency in Nepali are given priority)
- Higher education of at leaest Diploma level required
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Self-motivated and independent learner who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Comfortable and able to adapt with a rapidly changing work environment
- Excellent communication skills, exceptional sales ksills will be an added advantage
- Ability to be courteous, patient and persuasive with customers
- Upbeat, confident & high energy personality to bring fresh energy and passion to the team is a bonus
- Takes initiative to create a fun working envionment to encourage new ideas and actions
- Willing to follow a rotating shift-based schedule (covering weekends and public holidays as needed)
