FRITSGO aims to be a platform that acts as a one stop shop for our customers needs. The main goal of the platform is to make the consumers to be able to find the reliable service providers as well as service providers to be able to get a wider range of consumers. With multiple projects in the pipeline, this company will suit for someone who has extensive experience with software development and is willing to get involved in the design and development of the software architecture. This will be an opportunity for someone who has worked in a senior role in software development to lead a team of software developers

We are looking for a Senior Software developer to join our team who has experience in leading and developing modern scalable applications and providing a complete business solution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
- Experience in Mobile App development
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Expertise in PHP, AWS Lambda, Flutter, Full stack, iOS, Android
- Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Responsibilities
- 7 to 8 years of total experience from software development background
- Design, develop, implement, test, deploy, and maintain software to programming standards
- Contribute to the broader software, product, solution design, and roadmap liaising with the Product Owner and Stakeholders
- Conduct code reviews to ensure that software meets code quality standards and applications are robust, performant, and maintainable
- knowledge share, mentor peers and colleagues to uplift technical ability within the team and support team members to create and follow professional development pathways
- Researching and recommending emerging IT / technological Platforms to create strategic advantages and implement Board approved objectives
- Leading regular meetings with key stakeholders
- Scoping projects, building timelines with cross-functional alignment that capture dependencies and facilitate day-to-day components
- Identifying new projects based on patterns of regular inquires or recurring errors
- Deliver Low/Medium/Complex designs for current and future state
- Work with teams to design high-quality solutions that are innovative, stable and resilient
- Deliver timely, top class design documentation
- Ensure designs accurately reflect the business requirements in design documentation
- Review Test Coverage, Implementation Plans, Peer Review and Feedback on design work with colleagues
- Effectively work with technical and non-technical staff at all levels
- Promote regular review of designs and champion transparency of decision making
- Define how controlled assessments of new tools and technology are completed, encouraging the use of Proofs of Concept (POCs) and live trials
