Position Details

• Position: ASP.NET Developer (Mid-Level & Junior)

• Location: Kathmandu, Nepal

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Total Vacancies: 5

  • Mid-Level Developers: 2

  • Junior Developers: 3

• Salary: Negotiable, based on experience, skills, and performance

• Minimum Age: 23 years

• Experience: 1–2+ years for mid-level candidates; relevant foundational knowledge and experience for junior candidates

Key Responsibilities & Technical Skills

1. Software Development

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web-based applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.

• Work with ASP.NET Web Forms, Web Services, RESTful APIs, and third-party application integrations.

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.

• Participate in system analysis, database design, application architecture, testing, debugging, and deployment.

2. Database Development

• Work with Microsoft SQL Server 2017 or later.

• Develop and optimize SQL queries, views, stored procedures, functions, and database structures.

• Ensure database performance, data integrity, and efficient transaction processing.

3. AI-Assisted Software Development — Highly Recommended! 🤖

• Use AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and problem-solving.

• Demonstrate an interest in integrating AI capabilities into software development workflows.

• Apply AI tools responsibly to improve code quality, developer productivity, and software delivery.

• Explore opportunities to use AI for code generation, automated testing, query optimization, and intelligent application features.

• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and modern software development practices.

Candidates with practical experience using AI-assisted development tools or a strong willingness to learn and apply AI in real-world software development will receive strong consideration.

4. Application Security & Infrastructure

• Follow secure coding practices and web application security standards.

• Manage and deploy applications using Microsoft IIS and Windows Server environments.

• Understand application architecture, design patterns, and software development best practices.

5. Collaboration & Communication

• Work effectively with developers, QA teams, project managers, and clients.

• Analyze requirements and contribute to practical technical solutions.

• Communicate clearly, take ownership of assigned tasks, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Educational Qualifications

Applicants should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any of the following or a related field:

• Computer Engineering

• Computer Applications (BCA/MCA)

• Information Technology (BIT/MIT)

• BSc. IT / BSc. CSIT

• Computer Information Systems

• Other relevant computing or IT disciplines

Experience & Knowledge Requirements

Candidates should have relevant knowledge or experience in:

• C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core

• ASP.NET Web Forms, Web Services, and Web API

• Microsoft SQL Server 2017 or later

• Windows Server and Internet Information Services (IIS)

• Web application development, debugging, and deployment

• Software architecture, database design, and application security

Additional Advantage:

• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.

• Knowledge of modern development workflows, automated testing, and API integration.

• Interest in AI-powered applications and intelligent software solutions.
