1. Field Officer

Positions: 2 (one per district)

Organization: Vertex Special Technology Pvt. Ltd.

Duty stations: Makwanpur and Lalitpur

Reporting to: Project Coordinator

Contract: 2 years, including 6-month probation

Purpose of the Position

Support field implementation of the GIZ-led GRAPE II project, “Building Export-Ready Climate Resilient Value Chains through Women-led Cooperatives and Digital Innovation,” implemented with Vertex Special Technology Pvt. Ltd. and Vertex Foods & Beverages Pvt. Ltd. in Bagmati Province. Coordinate cooperatives, producers and local stakeholders to strengthen climate-resilient production, aggregation, traceability, value addition, market links and D-CATS/MIS adoption.

2. Full Stack Mobile App Developer - Trainee

Position Overview

Vertex Special Technology Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated, creative, and technically enthusiastic Full Stack Mobile App Developer - Trainee to join our software development team.

The selected candidate will gain practical experience in designing, developing, testing, integrating, and deploying modern mobile applications for both Android and iOS, primarily using cross-platform technologies such as React Native or Flutter.

The trainee will work closely with the web development team to integrate mobile applications with a shared, modern web application backend. This includes API integration, authentication, data synchronization, and ensuring consistent functionality across mobile and web platforms.

The position emphasizes AI-assisted software engineering, encouraging the effective use of tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, and similar AI development assistants to accelerate development while maintaining security, performance, reliability, and code quality.

The trainee will participate in the complete mobile application development lifecycle, from initial design and implementation to testing, release preparation, deployment to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, and ongoing application maintenance under technical supervision.

3. Full Stack Web Developer - Trainee

Position Overview

Vertex Special Technology Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated, curious, and technically enthusiastic Full Stack Web Developer – Trainee to join our software development team.

The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying modern web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js), PostgreSQL, and modern development technologies.

The position emphasizes AI-assisted software engineering, where developers leverage tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, and other AI development assistants to accelerate development while maintaining code quality, security, reliability, and technical understanding.

The trainee will contribute to real-world projects, gain practical experience across the software development lifecycle, and develop the skills required to build and maintain scalable, production-ready applications under appropriate technical supervision.
