ChevalBleu Labs Nepal Private Limited is a Nepal-based technology and AI company building locally accessible AI software and implementation services. Our ecosystem covers four proprietary platforms: WayStars AI (multimodal AI), Social Canvas (AI social media management), Falcon WABA (WhatsApp business messaging) and Bianca Labs (AI voice agents). Alongside these, we offer digital marketing, web and application development, AI consulting and integration, and AI education programmes. ChevalBleu Labs Nepal invites applications from eligible, interested, motivated and dedicated candidates for the following positions at our Kathmandu operations on a hybrid basis, with work-from-home flexibility. All positions require a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience.

Position summaries

1. Operations Manager

Department: Operations | Experience: 2+ years

• Oversee daily business operations, streamline processes, manage operational teams and align operations with the company's business objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and implement operational strategies, policies and procedures
• Lead and supervise operations teams; set targets and conduct performance reviews
• Establish SOPs and improve efficiency through process automation and optimisation
• Define and track operational KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management
• Coordinate with the CEO, leadership team and department heads
• Manage resources, budgets and workforce planning; maintain documentation and compliance with company policies

2. Accounts Manager

Department: Finance & Accounts | Experience: 2+ years

• Oversee the organisation's financial operations in Nepal, including accounting, reporting, taxation, budgeting and statutory compliance.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, general ledger and reconciliations; manage monthly, quarterly and annual closing
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports and management dashboards
• Ensure compliance with Nepalese tax regulations (VAT, TDS, income tax) and Nepal Financial Reporting Standards (NFRS)
• Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts; monitor costs
• Coordinate with auditors, banks and tax consultants; handle vendor payments, client invoicing and receivables
• Supervise the accounts and finance team

Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce; strong knowledge of Nepalese taxation, VAT, TDS and statutory compliance; proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

3. Graphic Designer

Department: Marketing | Experience: 2+ years

• Create visually appealing designs that communicate the brand's message and support marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
• Design social media posts, advertisements, banners, brochures, presentations and marketing collaterals
• Create website graphics, landing page designs and email creatives aligned with brand guidelines
• Work on branding, typography, layouts and visual storytelling
• Manage multiple design projects and deliver on time

Skills: Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; knowledge of InDesign, Figma and Canva; strong typography, colour theory and layout skills; experience in social media and digital marketing creatives. A degree or diploma in Graphic Design or Visual Arts and a strong portfolio are preferred.

4. Sales Lead

Department: Sales | Experience: 2+ years

• Drive the organisation's sales strategy, manage the sales team, generate new business and achieve revenue targets.
• Develop sales strategies and monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans
• Lead, motivate and train the sales team; set targets and review performance
• Generate leads, build client relationships and handle negotiations, presentations and deal closures
• Track pipeline, conversion rates and revenue; present regular sales reports to management

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field; proven experience in sales, business development and team management; strong negotiation and presentation skills; proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.

5. Digital Marketing Manager

Department: Social Media / Marketing | Experience: 2+ years

• Plan, execute and manage digital marketing campaigns to improve brand visibility, generate leads and drive business growth.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategy and manage social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X)
• Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads; optimise budgets for ROI
• Implement SEO and coordinate content marketing
• Track performance with Google Analytics and prepare regular reports
