Bagmati Welfare Society Nepal (BWSN), a non-governmental organization, is currently implementing the project titled “Integrated Emergency Response Support to Flood-Affected Populations of Gaur Municipality, Madhesh Province, Nepal.” The project aims to support the most vulnerable households of Gaur Municipality, Rautahat District, through the distribution of Winterization Kits, Hygiene Kits, Dignity Kits, and Baby Kits.
As per the notice published in Jobs Nepal dated 04 November 2025, BWSN would like to inform all the applied vendors/suppliers to participate in the Technical and Financial Proposals Opening Ceremony as per the details mentioned below.

Important Instructions:
- Vendors or suppliers are invited to attend the opening ceremony through their authorized representative.

- Attendance of representatives is not mandatory. The tenders will be opened even in the absence of vendor/supplier representatives.
