Kadambari Memorial College (KMC), Kathmandu affiliated with Purbanchal University, is a leading institution in Nepal specializing in Social Work education. We offer Bachelor of Social Work (BSW), Master in Social Work (MSW), and a range of short-term certification and training programs.
We are seeking a dynamic Promotion Officer and Assistant Promotion Officer to lead our promotional strategies, strengthen our brand presence, and build partnerships with educational and professional institutions.
Job Descriptions:
Develop and implement marketing strategies for academic and certification programs.Organize outreach activities, trainings, workshops, events, and fairs.Strengthen brand messaging across digital, print, and media platforms.Build and manage relationships with schools, organizations, and communities.Manage digital marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and promotional content.Conduct market research to refine campaigns and drive enrollment growth.Job Specifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.At least 1 year of experience in marketing; experience in the education sector is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a flair for storytelling and brand development.Proficient in digital marketing, content creation, and event coordination.Capable of working independently, creatively, and strategically in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with social media platforms, branding strategies, and partnership engagement.Willingness to travel outside the Kathmandu Valley. (Only for Full Time)Candidates with a valid driving license and personal vehicle will be given priority.Salary and Benefits:
