Requirement

Store & Procurement Officer - One

  • Developing procurement strategies.
  • Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors. 
  • Negotiating with suppliers and vendors.
  • Inventoried all goods and physical verification as required
  • Set the strategies for controlling the procurement budget.
  • Preparing procurement reports.
  • A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in management.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in hospitality 
  • Basic computer skills 
  • Familiar with procurement & logistics procedures.

Guest Relation Officer (female) - One

  • Review arrival lists, welcome guests & brief about the company in detail. 
  • Attend during visit of special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries.
  • Provide information about service, food, area, venues etc.  
  • Address customer complaints (if any).
  • A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in hospitality.
  • Good communication in Nepali & English
  • Proven working experience as Guest Relations Officer.

Restaurant Server - Few

  • Take food and drink orders from customers. 
  • Write food orders on slips, & forward to kitchen for manage.
  • Serve the ordered food to the guest within time frame. 
  • Collect payments from tables or refer to cash counter.
  • Above  SLC/ SEE  level education 
  • A minimum of 1 year work experience in related field.  
  • Basic computer  skills

Accounts Assistant - One

  • Responsible for day to day financial transactions these include visiting to bank for cash/cheque deposit on daily basis.
  • Visiting Government and other offices on making the payment of TDS, VAT, clearance certificate etc.  
  • Keeping the record or track of all payments, receipts, dues & bank statement. 
  • Work as a focal person of cash counter and ensure all transactions are running smoothly.
  • Proceed for making the payment of house rent, utilities, VAT, TDS and other expenses on time.
  • Assist to finance section on monthly payroll preparation.
  • A minimum of +2 level in management.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • A valid two wheeler driving license. 
  • Local candidates are preferred.
  • Good computer and accounting knowledge

Bar Tender - Few

  • Welcoming customers, listening to guest preference and taking the order for serving the food.
  • Maintaining a clean working environment in the bar. 
  • Collection bar related information, compile and prepare a weekly /monthly report & submit to the management.
  • A minimum of + 2 level or training related certificates. 
  • 1-2 years of working experience in hospitality.   
  • Basic computer with reporting skills. 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
