About the Role

We’re building an AI-powered learning platform that transforms how people connect with mentors, track progress, and grow professionally. As a Full-Stack Developer, you'll work closely with the founder and a lean team to build the MVP from the ground up using modern, scalable technologies.

What You’ll Do

• Develop responsive, accessible user interfaces with React.js, Tailwind CSS, and React Router
• Build and maintain REST or GraphQL APIs using Python (FastAPI or Django) OR using Node.Js
• Integrate with 3rd-party services: Stripe, Google Calendar, Twilio, OpenAI APIs
• Implement user authentication & authorization with OAuth2 / JWT
• Collaborate on state management using Redux Toolkit or React Query
• Create, deploy, and monitor scalable microservices using Docker, AWS, and CI/CD (GitHub Actions)
• Contribute to AI-assisted features like session summaries and intelligent coach matching
• Work with PostgreSQL and ORM layers (SQLAlchemy / Django ORM / TypeORM)

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years experience in full-stack development (React + Python ) OR (React + Node.js)
• Experience building scalable, production-ready applications
• Ability to manage end-to-end architecture decisions
• Strong GitHub hygiene and CI/CD knowledge
• Good understanding of database modeling and performance optimization
• Familiarity with basic AI integration (e.g., using OpenAI APIs) is a plus
• Self-starter with great communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience working in EdTech, SaaS, or AI-driven platforms
• Deployed on AWS using containerized architecture
• Experience building whiteboard or collaborative classroom-like tools
