SALES DEPARTMENT

POSITION: SHOWROOM SALES IN-CHARGE

REQUIREMENTS:

• MBS or Equivalent Degree with minimum 4 yrs experience or Bachelors Degree with minimum 6 years experience in Showroom Sales of a four wheeler automobile company.
• Should have an ability to Lead and Motivate team of 10 to 15 people in order to meet sales target and high level of customer satisfaction.
• Should have ability to Formulate the Sales Strategy to achieve the target.
• Should be able to handle the day to day showroom operation like Sales and Order Forecast, Sales Process, Stock Management etc.
• Should have Pleasant Personality with good Analytical and Interpersonal Skills.
• Should have good knowledge of MIS and Sales Reporting Format of showroom sales.
• Should have good Written and Verbal Communication.

POITION: SHOWROOM SALES OFFICER - 03

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors Degree with minimum 4 years of experience in Sales Department of a Four Wheeler Automobile Company.
• Should have Pleasant Personality with good Written and Verbal Communication in English and good knowledge of Computer (MS Office).
• Should be good at time Management, Planning and Organizing Daily Sales Activities to secure new business.
• Should have good Analytical, Interpersonal and Negotiating Skills.
• Should have a strong Leadership Qualities and a Sales Acumen.

POSITION: SHOWROOM SALES ASSISTANT - 03

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree with minimum 1 year or Intermediate Degree with minimum 3 years of experience in the Sales Department of any trading company.
• Should have good Analytical, Interpersonal and Negotiating Skills.
• Should have Pleasant Personality with good Written and Verbal Communication and knowledge of Computer (MS Office)
• Candidates having experience in Automobile Sales will be given preference.

POSITION: CUSTOMER CARE ASSISTANT - 02

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree with minimum 1 year of experience in the Customer Care Department of any company.
• Should have Pleasant Personality with good Written and Verbal Communication and should be able to Interact with customers concerning various care issues.
• Should be familiar with MS Office and should have an ability to maintain accurate database.
• Candidates having an experience in Customer Care Department of an automobile company will be given preference.

MARKETING DEPARTMENT

POSITION: MARKETING MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS:

• MBA or Equivalent Degree with minimum 6 yrs of experience in the field of marketing.
• Should be able to Manage and Coordinate all the marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
• Should be able to Develop and Implement Marketing Plan and Project for the new and existing products.
• Should be able to Manage the Productivity of marketing plan and projects.
• Should be able to Monitor, Review and Report on all the marketing activities and results.
• Should be able to Determine the Marketing Budget and Deliver Marketing Activities within agreed budget.
• Should have good Relation with media and advertising agencies.
• Should have a Pleasant Personality and have excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
• Should be able to Lead the Team and work under pressure situation.
• Should have willingness to travel.

POSITION: SR. MARKETING OFFICER - 02

REQUIREMENTS: 

• MBA or MBS with minimum 2 years of experience in the field marketing/advertising.
• Should be able to Contribute in the Development of Marketing Plan.
• Should be able to Develop the Marketing Campaigns and execute them in coordination with company’s external ad agency.
• Should be able to Efficiently Manage Marketing Campaigns and Evaluate their effectiveness.
• Should be able to Manage Inventory of Marketing Materials like leaflets, flyers, newsletters, merchandises and arrange their effective distribution.
• Should be able to Monitor Competitor’s Activities.
• Should have Pleasant Personality, good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Should have a good Relation with the Media Houses and Advertising Agencies.
• Should be able to Work in a Team and Pressure Situation.
• Should have willingness to travel.
