Human Rights Awareness Center (HURAC-Nepal) Rolpa is a non-profit making, non-partician and leading Nepali non-governmental organization (NGO) working in the areas of rural development, human rights and social justice, having strategic focus on protecting and promoting economic, social and cultural rights and right to development. Its major iterventions are towards pro-poor and pro people policies and practices through rural development (livelihood, education, protection, health and sanitation, forest, soil conservation, environment), advocacy, campaign, lobbying, networking, research and awareness raising for people's empowerment. In the campaign, advocacy and lobbying fronts, HURAC has been continuously embarking on the fundamental rights of the children, economically poor, socially excluded and environmentally vulnerable sections of the societies. HURAC believes in result-oriented struggles of the people against poverty, hunger and socio-economic injustices.

कोईका ईन्टरनेशनल र युएनएफपीएको आर्थिक सहयोगमा प्लान ईन्टरनेशनल नेपाल तथा यस संस्थाको साझेदारीमा रोल्पा र कपिलवस्तुमा संचालन भैरहेको SAFE-Girls परियोजना कार्यान्वयनको लागि आवश्यक पर्ने Piggy Bank खरिद गर्नु पर्ने भएकाले इच्छुक र योग्य आपूर्तीकर्ता वा कम्पनी, सप्लायर्स, र फमहरूले रित पूर्वक तोकिएको विवरण अनुसार शिलबन्दी दर भाउ पेशगर्नको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशन गरिएको छ ।
पेश गर्नुपने कागजातहरू तथा शर्तहरू:
१.फम दर्ता तथा नविकरणको प्रतिलिपि, प्यान वा भ्याट दर्ता प्रमाण पत्रको प्रतिलिपि र कर चुक्ता प्रमाण पत्र
२.शिलबन्दी दर भाउ पत्रको खाममा फर्मको नाम, ठेगाना, दर भाउ पत्र नम्बर र सम्पर्क नं स्पष्ट सँग खुलाइ पेश गर्नुपर्ने छ ।
३.दरभाउ पत्रको विस्तृत फारम सहिछाप सहित Conflict of Interest Form र दरभाउ पत्र संस्थामा उपलब्ध गराइने छ वा तल दिएको लिङ्कमा गई डाउनलोड गर्न सकिने छ ।

शिलवन्दी दरभाउ पत्र यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ५ दिन भित्र वा २०८२ साल चैत्र ७ गते साझ ५ बजे भित्र हुरेक नेपाल रोल्पाको प्रधान कार्यालय लिबाङ रोल्पा वा परियोजना सम्पर्क कार्यालय कपिलवस्तु नगरपालिका–१ महिता टोल कपिलवस्तुमा बुझाउनु पर्ने छ । यस बिषयमा थप जानकारी लिनुपर्ने भएमा संस्थाको मुख्य कार्यालय लिबाङ रोल्पा र परियोजना सम्पर्क कार्यालय कपिलवस्तुको तपशिलको वमोजिमको नम्बर र इमेलमा सम्पर्क गर्न सकिने छ ।
नोटः रीत नपुगेका र म्याद भित्र नआएका बोलपत्रहरुलाइ स्वीकार गरीने छैन । सप्लायर्स छनोट गर्ने नगर्ने वा यो सूचना खारेज गर्ने समेतको अधिकार संस्थामा निहित रहने छ ।
