Job Title: Senior Sales Executive (Male)

Overview: As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and market segments for growth.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects. Understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives to provide tailored solutions and maximize customer satisfaction.
  3. Business Development: Prospect and qualify leads through research, networking, and cold calling. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition and convert prospects into customers.
  4. Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to deal closure. Track and prioritize leads, opportunities, and activities using CRM software.
  5. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability. Close sales and achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts with company objectives and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  7. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Use market intelligence to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  8. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress against goals. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.
  9. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients on product features, pricing, and service quality. Communicate customer insights to internal teams for continuous improvement and product enhancement.
  10. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members. Share best practices, offer training sessions, and support their professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. Additional certifications or training in sales methodologies are a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B or B2C sales, with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients at all levels.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Solid understanding of sales techniques, lead generation strategies, and sales pipeline management.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Salary: 30K

Note: Candidate must have a 2-wheeler Driving License and bike or scooter.
