Sales Supervisor

Travel Kendra, a technology-based travel app company, is looking for a responsible and performance-driven Sales Supervisor to oversee sales activities, manage customer calls, and support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support day-to-day sales activities.
• Handle customer and sales calls professionally.
• Monitor leads, follow-ups, and overall sales performance.
• Work with Travel Kendra’s internal CRM system.
• Manage and support online app bookings.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer and internet skills.
• Responsible, flexible, and target-oriented.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or supervision is preferred.
• Must be available to start immediately.

Location: Sampang Chowk, Lalitpur

Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Salary: NPR 20,000 – 25,000 per month
