Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Odoo Implementor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with specific experience in developing and customizing Odoo applications. This role involves both maintaining our existing Odoo setup and developing new modules to meet our evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and modify Odoo modules according to the project requirements.
• Analyze and identify necessary changes to existing applications as per business requirements.
• Accounting modules developing and implementing as per requirements.
• Manage the migration of modules from older Odoo versions to newer versions.
• Implement integration with third-party services.
• Optimize system performance by conducting benchmark tests and implementing necessary changes.
• Assist with configuration, deployment, and maintenance of Odoo applications.
• Collaborate with project managers and other developers to ensure coherent project progress.
• Lead and mentor junior developers in the team.
• Ensure adherence to software development best practices and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years' experience as an Odoo developer.
• Solid understanding of the Odoo architecture.
• Knowledge of Accounting & Implementation.
• Strong knowledge of business processes related to CRM, Sales, Inventory, HR, etc.
• Analytical Skills and Business Process skills
• Experience with consulting or implementation of ERP systems such as Odoo
• Experience in Accounting is a must
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English
• Strong Communication skills

Preferred Skills 

• Experience in leading a development team.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages or ERP systems.
