SEALED BID NOTICE

The Lutheran World Federation (LWF) Nepal invites sealed bids from interested and registered/eligible bidders for the supply of the following items:

Availability of Bid Documents: Bid documents will be available until 12:00 Noon of 12th November 2025 from 30th October 2025. (during office days -Monday to Friday) at: LWF Nepal, Country Office, House No. 139, Madhur Marga, Ganesh Basti–04, Maharajgunj, Kathmandu, Nepal, Tel: +977 1 472 0225.                                            

Deadline for Submission of Sealed Bids: All sealed bids must be submitted before 5:00 PM on Wednesday, 12 November 2025. Sealed bids received after the submission deadline shall not be accepted. LWF

Sealed Bids Submission Method: Separate sealed bid documents along with copy of leagal documents must be submitted by hand in clearly marked sealed envelopes to the above address before the submission deadline.
