School Principal

LALITPUR EURO SCHOOL (LES) is a Progressive co-educational school established and operated by highly qualified, dedicated, and motivated team of school leaders. We are looking for an inquisitive, young, energetic and growth mindset potential candidates for the post of School Principal.

Qualification and Experience:

• At least a Master's degree in a related field with at least 5 years of experience in school level teaching and management
• Excellent English-Speaking skills, pleasant personality, trained in Early Childhood Education and Primary school teaching and learning.
• Experienced in EuroKids method of learning will have added advantage

Job Description:

• Responsible for overall management of academic and administrative issues for high quality smooth operation of the school
• Develop and implement teacher and student development plan.
• Able to devise future strategies and growth plan
• Respond immediately to concerns from parents and school BOD .
• Manage all required activities that are important a school operation
