Position: Sales Officer (B2B Sales)

Nos:

Location: Kupondole, Lalitpur

Qualification: Intermediate/Bachelor's degree (Smart Freshers with good communication skills are highly encouraged )

Salary: Salary + Fuel Incentives + Sales Commission

Job Description

  • Identify and communicate with the prospective corporate clients and/or individuals to explain our products services and convince them to convert to use our regular service.
  • Visit, negotiate and deal with the prospective clients and different organizations, continuous follow up with clients for business opportunities and payment follow up.
  • Plan and implement sales strategy, set and meet the sales target.
  • Maximize sales, business development and network to develop new business from existing and new clients.
  • Work closely with fulfillment, Finance and CRM (Customer Relation Management)team and authority to consistently improve service.
  • Day to day update and report in the system timely, make further planning and target after the analysis of it
  • Identify service improvements by remaining updated on current industry trends and market activities.
  • Perform all the activities and reports about the same to the concerned authority timely.

Qualifications 

  • At least 1-2years of proven experience in similar industry.
  • Must have completed a Bachelor degree
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in both Nepali and English.
  • A good team player with the ability to work on their own initiative.
  • Highly self-motivated and self-driven.
  • Positive attitude and prepared to work in a team environment.
  • Problem-solving skills, including the ability to resolve unusual and complex issues and then devise actionable solutions.
  • Must have work ethics and sense of responsibilities.
  • Two-wheelers and driving license is mandatory. 
  • Candidates having hospitality or handling B2B Sales will be highly encouraged.
