Sales Specialist — Nepal

We’re looking for a proactive Sales Specialist based in Nepal to join an international remote team.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with potential customers via live chat and voice messages
• Handle B2C sales and convert leads into customers
• Present products and answer customer questions
• Assist with registration and onboarding
• Update customer information in CRM
• Meet monthly sales KPIs

Requirements:

• Fluent Nepali, Hindi and English
• Experience in B2C sales, customer support or chat operations
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident PC and CRM skills
• Reliable internet connection and microphone
• Goal-oriented and proactive
