Maiti Nepal, like any other Non-Government Organization (NGO) in Nepal, operates through a general agreement with Social Welfare Council, Government of Nepal that allows it to implement programs to prevent human trafficking by reaching out to the community, particularly children and women, by raising the awareness level of communities and extending life skills so that children and women are not trafficked into different forms of abuse including exploitation.

यस संस्थालाई आ.व २०८२/८३ को लागि आवश्यक पर्ने खाद्मान्न, फलफूल, तरकारी, स्टेशनरी, कम्प्यूटर, फोटोकपी, फ्याक्स मेसीन तथा मोटर स्पेयर पार्टस, फर्निचर सप्लाई, होडिङ्गवोर्ड औषधी सामान, छपाइ कार्य, लत्ताकपडा तथा विद्युतीय सामाग्रीहरू उपलब्ध गराउन इच्छुक फर्म, कम्पनीले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले पन्ध्र दिन भित्र यस संस्थाको रिसेप्सनमा उपलब्ध गराउन सकिने सामाग्रीहरूको सुचीको साथै संस्था दर्ता प्रमाणपत्र, नविकरण, कर चुक्ता, प्यान, भ्याट दर्ता प्रमाणपत्र (२०८१/०८२) वा म्याद थप गरेको कागजात निवेदन सहित दर्ता गराउन हुन यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ । साथै सो निवेदन लगायतका कागजातहरू उल्लेखित ईमेल मार्फत पनि पठाउन सक्नुहुनेछ ।
