DLMGA in partnership with FCA Nepal and Shanta Foundation (SF), is implementing “Voices of Change: Building Futures through Creativity, Identity, and Action in Nepal (VoC)” funded by the European Union. The projects aim to enable marginalised youths particularly women, Dalits and sexual and gender minorities to participate and lead Nepal’s Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI).

Currently, DLMGA is seeking proposal from eligible and interested applicants for a study to conduct policy review and gap analysis in the CCI, particularly from the perspectives of marginalized youth focused on status of implementation, representation and social cohesion.
