KIRDARC Nepal is an NGO dedicated to Human Rights, Peace Building, Media and Development in Karnali Zone since 1999. It works with a mission to enable Karnali people to claim and exercise their rights for poverty reduction and improved livelihoods through their organization, research, policy advocacy and judicious resources mobilization. It has been implementing various project/programs with the funding support of different partner organizations.

Invitation for Quotations - Consultancy Services under the Breaking Barriers for Girls’ SRHR in Dolpa (BBaGS) Project

KIRDARC Nepal, in partnership with Plan International Nepal, implements the BBaGS project which is funded by BMZ and Plan International Germany in Thuli Bheri and Tripurasundari Municipalities, Dolpa. Eligible consultants, firms and organizations are invited to submit sealed quotations for the following five assignments. Quotations may be submitted for one or more consultancy services, separately for each consultancy assignment. The detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) are attached as Annexes 1-5 to this notice.

| 3/KD/083-084 | Strategic Engagement with OPDs - Disability-Friendly Reproductive Health & Safe Motherhood Services | 2 days orientation for local stakeholders and health service providers per event; brief workshop report and capacity-building plan. | Organization/individual with proven experience in the disability sector and in strengthening OPDs; experience with INGOs / UN agencies and local government. |

How to Submit
- E-mail: procurement@kirdarc.org, with the subject line “Proposal for [Assignment title] – BBaGS Project, Dolpa” (Quotation number to be mentioned). Quotations must be in a password-protected PDF/Word file. Procurement Committee will request the password by e-mail at the time of bid-opening meeting.
- Hard copy: in a sealed envelope marked with the lot and assignment title, addressed to the Procurement Committee, KIRDARC Nepal, Karnali Provincial Office, Birendranagar-8, Surkhet (Ph. 083-525664). Envelopes may also be handed in at the District Office, Thuli Bheri-03, Dunai, Dolpa, or the Coordination Office, Sanepa-3, Lalitpur (Ph. 01-5448321, 5448040).
- Late, unsigned or incomplete quotations will not be considered.
KIRDARC Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any/all Bid forms or cancel the whole process without any necessary justification.
