MADE Nepal invites sealed quotations from interested and eligible suppliers, firms, and vendors for the supply of Hygiene Kits and Safety Equipment under the SAATH (साथ) – Together for Flood Recovery Project, implemented in partnership with Lutheran World Federation (LWF).

1. List of Required Items

B. Hygiene, Sanitation and Disinfection Materials

10. Agricultural lime

11. Disinfectant

12. Deodorizers

C. Personal Hygiene Materials

13. Bathing soap

14. Detergent washing powder – 1 kg

15. Toothbrush

16. Toothpaste

17. Shampoo

18. Nail cutter

19. Reusable cleaning cloths

2. Submission Requirements

Interested suppliers/vendors are requested to submit their detailed price quotations along with the following documents:

• Company/Firm Registration Certificate.
• PAN/VAT Registration Certificate.
• Latest Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Item-wise unit price
• Product specifications, brand names and country of origin, wherever applicable.

4. Additional Information
