About us:

We are a non-governmental, non-profit, and non-political organization established in 2019, working to strengthen implementation science research for improved public health outcomes in Nepal. As part of our commitment to excellence and effective program delivery, we are seeking qualified, motivated individuals to join our team as Research Assistants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of the intervention across study hospitals.
  • Coordinate with hospital administrators, obstetricians, nurses, and technical teams.
  • Facilitate training sessions for patients, family members, and providers.
  • Monitor the implementation fidelity of intervention components.
  • Assist in participant recruitment and enrollment processes.
  • Ensure smooth distribution and tracking of BP/BG monitoring devices.
  • Support troubleshooting and technical coordination for app-related issues.
  • Conduct biweekly tele-visit scheduling and follow-up tracking.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project activities.
  • Support tracking of implementation indicators
  • Assist in compiling periodic progress reports.
  • Support audit and feedback processes with providers.
  • Support institutionalization and sustainability planning efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum PCL Nursing. Priority will be given to applicants with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in public health programs, maternal health, NCDs, or research projects.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills in Nepali and English.

  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Cultural sensitivity and experience working with diverse communities.
  • Attention to detail and adherence to research protocols.
  • Ability to travel to study sites as required.
