Request Proposal for Website Development for KOSHISH

Established in 2008, KOSHISH is a pioneering organization dedicated to the promotion of mental health and psychosocial well-being in Nepal. Our core belief is encapsulated in the spirit of "NOTHING ABOUT US WITHOUT US." KOSHISH envisions creating model recovery-oriented, person-centered mental health services, including mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS), not just within the health system but also extending into areas like social protection and economic empowerment. Our aim is to establish replicable practices that the government and other stakeholders can adopt.

About the Work:

Our latest initiative is the development of an advanced version of the current KOSHISH website, www.koshishnepal.org. We are seeking individuals and firms to join us in this endeavor. Any  individual or firm capable of the following requirements can submit documents:

Key Requirements for Applicants:

1. Current Website Assessment and Feedback: Provide a thorough assessment and feedback on our existing website.
2. Proposed Website Development: Share your vision for the new website, including the developing platform, coding approach, tentative time to develop the website and other necessary technical details.
3. Integration with MS Azure and SharePoint: Demonstrate how you plan to integrate our website with Microsoft Azure and SharePoint.
4. Hosting Plan and Cost: Outline your hosting plan and associated costs.
5. Integration Model: Explain your approach to seamless integration with our existing systems.

Additional Requirements:

1. Disability-Friendly Website: Create a website that is accessible and user-friendly for individuals with disabilities.
2. Responsive Website: Ensure that the website is responsive, adapting to various devices and screen sizes.
3. Support-Free: Develop a website that allows KOSHISH to manage it independently, even with limited technical knowledge.
