Supply of Medical Equipment and Supplies

Action for Nepal (AFN) is a non-profit organization working to improve access to quality health, education, clean drinking water, WASH, and emergency support for people living in remote and underserved communities of Nepal. AFN works in close partnership with local communities, local governments, and development partners to implement sustainable, community-led initiatives, with a focus on strengthening local capacity and improving essential services.

AFN has implemented programs across Taplejung, Solukhumbu, Bajhang, Khotang, Ramechhap, and Okhaldhunga, with interventions including maternal and child health, health-system strengthening, telehealth, education, clean water and sanitation, emergency response, and community infrastructure. Recent programs have particularly focused on strengthening local health systems and services in Bajhang, Taplejung, and Solukhumbu, while continuing education and water-related initiatives in other areas.

Action for Nepal (AFN) invites eligible and interested vendors/suppliers to participate in the vendor selection process for the supply of medical equipment and supplies as specified in the attached Terms of Reference Annex (ToR Annex) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

Interested vendors/suppliers are requested to carefully review the Terms of Reference, RFQ and Technical Specifications (Annex) and submit all required documents within the specified deadline.

3. SUBMISSION

Complete submissions should be sent to: actionfnepal@gmail.com

Deadline: 23 September 2026 (07 Ashoj 2083), by 17:00 hours.

Submissions received after the stated deadline will not be considered.

4. IMPORTANT NOTE

Vendors/suppliers are responsible for ensuring that their submissions are complete and submitted in accordance with the requirements specified in the ToR and related documents.

Action for Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions, wholly or partly, without assigning any reason.
