Request for Sealed Quotation (RFQ)- Supply and Delivery of Electric Cargo Three-Wheelers

Background

CREASION (Center for Research and Sustainable Development Nepal) is a leading not-for-profit organization working to accelerate Nepal's transition towards a regenerative and circular economy. As part of its ongoing initiatives to promote sustainable livelihoods, green entrepreneurship, and environmentally friendly transportation solutions, CREASION intends to procure one (1) Electric Cargo Three-Wheelers for project implementation.

Eligible suppliers are invited to submit sealed quotations for the supply and delivery of the required vehicles in accordance with the specifications outlined below.

Scope of Supply

The selected supplier shall:

• Supply one (1) brand-new Electric Cargo Three-Wheelers.
• Deliver the vehicles to the location designated by CREASION.
• Provide all standard accessories supplied by the manufacturer.
• Provide warranty documentation and user manuals.
• Provide basic orientation on vehicle operation, charging, and routine maintenance.
• Support registration-related documentation, where required.

Submission Instructions

Interested suppliers are requested to submit their sealed quotation in a sealed envelope clearly marked:

Sealed Quotation for the Supply of one (1) Electric Cargo Three-Wheelers the quotation shall be addressed to:

• Interested suppliers shall submit one sealed quotation in a sealed envelope to the address below no later than 12th August 2026. Electronic submissions will not be accepted.

Procurement Unit

CREASION (Center for Research and Sustainable Development Nepal) the envelope shall include all required supporting documents listed in this RFQ.
