Yuwalaya, in partnership with Plan International Nepal, is implementing the “Strengthening Meaningful Youth Engagement for Girls Standing Strong” project. This initiative aims to enhance meaningful youth participation in planning and decision-making processes to ensure that annual priorities and plans effectively address and prioritize youth concerns.

Yuwalaya is currently seeking an interested, proactive, self-motivated, and outcome-oriented consultant/firm for the “Consultancy for SBCC/IEC Materials Development”.

Consultant Requirements:

• Advanced degree in communication, media, social sciences, development studies, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in developing SBCC/IEC materials, including videos/reels, and guidelines/policy for youth/adolescent programs.
• Experience in translating policies, guidelines, and technical documents into youth-friendly, easy-to-understand audiovisual and IEC materials.
• Proven expertise in youth engagement, gender equality, civic participation, and topics like misinformation/disinformation/hate speech., have knowledge of seven step planning, local level structure. 
• Strong skills in graphic design, video production/editing, and scripting.
• Experience working with youth-led organizations and in Nepal context preferred.
• Excellent command of Nepali and English.

Deadline for Submission

Sealed hardcopy proposals, clearly marked with Reference No. SBCC/IEC Consultancy 2026-01. Proposals must include separate sealed envelopes for the Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal, as outlined in the RFP & TOR and must be submitted to the Yuwalaya office by 5:30 PM of 15 January 2026 at the following address:
