Yuwalaya, in partnership with Plan International Nepal, is implementing the “Strengthening Meaningful Youth Engagement for Girls Standing Strong” project. This initiative aims to enhance meaningful youth participation in planning and decision-making processes to ensure that annual priorities and plans effectively address and prioritize youth concerns.

Yuwalaya is currently seeking an interested, proactive, self-motivated, and outcome-oriented “Consultant for "Youth-Led UPR Report Preparation" Consultancy”.

Consultant Requirements:

• Familiarity with the socio-political, youth perspective and cultural context of Nepal.
• Advanced degree in gender studies, human rights, law, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing UPR reports or similar alternative reports.
• In-depth knowledge of diverse issues of youth and policy frameworks in Nepal.
• Strong analytical and writing skills in both English and Nepali.

Deadline for Submission

Sealed hardcopy proposals, clearly marked with Reference No. UPR Report 025/026 and the heading “Consultant for Youth-Led UPR Report Preparation Consultancy” must be submitted to the Yuwalaya office by 5:30 PM on 21 May 2025 at the following address:
