Youth Innovation Lab (YI-Lab) is a civic-tech non-profit company, requests quotations from locally registered agencies to supply the following Office Equipment:

Terms and Conditions:
- All quotations shall be inclusive of the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) and shall be valid for thirty (30) days from the deadline of submission of quotation.
- The quotation along with specified supporting documents can be submitted via email to: ishana@youthinnovationlab.org /info@youthinnovationlab.org Or, A hard copy of the quotation along with specified supporting documents can be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Quotation for Office Equipment” with the following details: Address: Youth Innovation Lab, Bishalnagar, Kathmandu, Contact No: 9851115919
- Deadline for submission of the quotation is 24 May 2022, at 5:00 P.M. Quotation received after the deadline will not be accepted and considered non-responsive.
- Delivery time: Within 7 Days from receiving signed Purchase Order.

Youth Innovation Lab reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations; only the short-listed Supplier/s will be contacted for further proceedings.
