1. About the organization:

Youth Innovation Lab (YI-Lab) is a not-for-profit civic tech company that works at the intersection of emerging cutting-edge technological tools and their applications by equipping young professionals to solve emerging challenges in our community. YI-Lab’s mission statement is, ‘to engage young people to bridge science to people and policy through innovation’. YI-Lab harnesses indigenous knowledge, citizen science approach, develops low-cost technological solutions, promotes open data, promotes entrepreneurship, and conducts evidence-based advocacy campaigns. YI-Lab provides a conducive environment for young people to co-create solutions for inclusive development.

YI-Lab is inviting eligible and interested suppliers, vendors, firms, and individual consultants/consultancy firms/companies to submit quotations for the establishment of Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) for the Fiscal Year 2083/84 (1 Shrawan 2083 – 32 Ashadh 2084). The selected suppliers/service providers will be included in YI-Lab's roster of approved vendors and may be engaged on an as-needed basis during the agreement period.

3. Eligible Criteria:

Mandatory documents

• Firm/Company registered with Government of Nepal
• Having Tax/VAT certificate.
• Tax Clearance certificate for year 2081/2082

Other preferred documents

• Experience letter to proof the Supply and Service for minimum three years
• List of top customers, prefer to NGO/INGOs

All submissions must be received no later than 2 July 2026, 11:59 PM.
