Request for Quotation (RFQ)

Since 1977, in close partnership with the Government of Nepal, civil society, academia, and the private sector, FHI 360 Nepal delivers essential health services—including HIV, maternal, newborn and child health and nutrition—along with procurement and supply chain management, global health security and air quality management.

FHI 360 Nepal Office is requesting quotation from qualified locally registered agencies for following goods/services:

1. Firewall
2. Server Room Upgradation 
3. Whole Genome Sequencing Reagents/Consumables, Laboratory Accessories and PCR Microplate Centrifuge

Detailed specifications of the required goods/services, template to quote rate and other requirements for quotation submission can be obtained via email request to ProcurementNP@fhi360.org 

Electronic quotation including all required documents should be submitted through email to ProcurementNP@fhi360.org following FHI 360 Nepal’s instructions for electronic quotation submission.  

The deadline for submission of the quotation is June 4, 2026. Quotation received after the deadline will not be accepted and will be considered non-responsive. 

FHI 360 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason whatsoever.
