Procurement of Smart Phone

USAID Adolescent Reproductive Health is a five-year project made possible by the support of the American People through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID.)Led by CARE Nepal and in partnership with the Association of Youth Organizations Nepal (AYON), Howard Delafield International (HDI), Jhpiego, and Nepal CRS Company, is an adolescent co-led initiative to empower girls and boys of 10-19 years and including the most marginalized, to attain their adolescent reproductive health (ARH) rights This project works in coordination with the Government of Nepal’s Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MoEST), Ministry of Women Children and Senior Citizens (MoWCSC) and relevant province level ministries along with Province Health Directorate, Province Health Training Centers, ARH Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), private sector, professions associations and young people to support adolescents in Nepal to reach their full capacity by choosing and practicing healthy reproductive behaviors. In addition to federal and province level, this project works in 60 municipalities across Madhesh, Lumbini and Karnali Provinces as focus areas.

This RFQ is requested for procurement of Smart Phone from eligible suppliers as follows:

• Quotation with stamp and signature (Quotation Format – LINK)
• Mention price validity.
• Mention delivery period and warranty full specification of quoted smartphone.
• Smart Phone to be delivered to Lalitpur.
• Copy of Organization Registration, VAT Registration, Latest Tax Clearance certificate and company profile if any

The deadline for submission of the Quotation is 2nd February 2023.

CARE reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal received without giving reasons and is not bound to accept the lowest, the highest or any bidder. Only the successful applicant will be contacted.

CARE initiates rigorous investigation of complaints that indicate a possible violation of this policy and takes appropriate disciplinary action, as warranted.
