People in Need (PIN) is a non-governmental, non-profit international organization founded in the Czech Republic in 1992. PIN began its operations in Nepal in 2015 as part of the humanitarian response and continues to work to address the needs of marginalized communities—those living in geographically remote areas, historically marginalized ethnic groups, and individuals marginalized due to age and/or gender identity (women and girls).

PIN invites you to submit a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the procurement of Plastics Pallet. Details are provided in the attached Request for quotation form . We kindly request you to submit your quotation on before 5th June, 2026 (COB) to  nepal.securebids@peopleinneed.net  in the same Request for quotation form.

Total Quantity Required: 200 Pcs

• Latest Tax Clearance Certificate
• A detailed financial proposal
• Catalogue or detailed specification of the quoted item.
