Agriculture Material support to Farmers of Baragadhi Rural Municipality

Dalit Ethnic Upliftment Center (DEUC), Bara, is a non-profit, service-oriented development organization established in 2059 B.S. by committed local youth from Dalit, indigenous, and marginalized communities of Madhesh Province, Nepal. As a Dalit women-led organization, DEUC is dedicated to promoting justice, equality, dignity, and prosperity for excluded groups. Registered under the Social Organization Registration Act 2034 B.S., DEUC has become a credible actor in education, social justice, livelihoods, food security, agriculture, WASH, disaster risk reduction, and governance.

In partnership with Childaid Network, DEUC is implementing the Enhancing Economic Opportunity for Marginalized Community of Baragadhi Rural Municipality (EEOC) project in Bargadhi Rural Municipality of Bara district. As part of this initiative, DEUC invites sealed quotations from qualified local vendors to supply Agriculture items to 100 farmers. DEUC estimated to support to selected 100 farmers of Baragadhi Rural municipality maximum NRs. 14,000 support packages. The RFQ is available on Jobs Nepal, DEUC’s official website, and Facebook page. Interested vendors may also obtain the RFQ directly from the DEUC Head Office or by requesting it via email.

Terms & Conditions

a) Support will be provided to 100 farmers in Baragadhi Rural Municipality (Wards 2, 3, and 4). 

b) Quoted prices must be inclusive of all government taxes and duties as per prevailing laws.

c) A Bid Security equivalent to 2.5% of the quoted amount must be submitted via cheque or bank guarantee.

d) DEUC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning reason.

e) Vendors must submit separate sealed Technical and Financial Proposals (Project Name: EEOMC – Business Support Items) to the Procurement Committee, DEUC, Bara, no later than 8th June 2026, 17:00 hrs.

f) Proposals must be wax (LAHA) sealed, duly signed, and stamped on each page.
