RFQ Number : RRPK/WVIN/SIKAI+/2026/002

RRPK are partner NGO of WVI Nepal working in Sikai + Project, Rautahat. RRPK in desirous to procure the listed items as per detailed specification and quantity, thus invites interested and authorized service providers and vendors to participate in the competitive bidding process for the same. Considering the reasonability of offered cost, quality and delivery timeline, RRPK reserves the right to enter into a long term agreement for the supply and delivery of the listed goods, at its sole discretion.

2. Fill up RFQ document to be submitted in a close and sealed envelope to the address mention below. 

3. At least 40% Sample shall be required as per the instructions and specifications mentioned in the bidding document. If sample is not as per specification mentioned in the bid document will disqualify and will not proceed for further process.

4. NGOs can establish a one-year long term agreement with the awarded bidder. Quantity of goods mentioned in RFQ document is only for reference quantity can be increased after agreement.

5. PRE-BID MEETING: - Venue: - Meeting hall of RRPK Office building Date: 22nd Jan 2026

Time: 01 PM sharp to 2:00 PM, Applicants/Bidders who want to attend virtually in the pre-  

Bid meeting, TEAM meeting ID & password will be provided through email as per request.

6. RRPK reserves the right to accept or reject any applications in whole or in part and alter the provisions of this ITB as deemed necessary without assigning reasons whatsoever.
