Chemonics USAID Early Grade Learning request for proposals from potential vendors to provide services as mentioned below:

The USAID Early Grade Learning is a USAID program implemented by Chemonics International in Nepal. The goal of the USAID Early Grade Learning is to strengthen the capacity of federal, provincial, and municipal governments to improve learning outcomes in Grades 1-3. As part of project activities, the USAID Early Grade Learning requires the purchase of Security Guard and Cleaning Services to provide 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (24x7) security services and 8 hours a day, 5 days a week (8x5) cleaning services for its office located at Kamal Pokhari, House no 129/28, Sama Marg, Ward No. 01, Kathmandu, Nepal. The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit quotations for these services.

Interested bidders may obtain complete solicitation (RFQ) documents through the link provided in the above table. Questions regarding the technical or administrative requirements of this RFQ may be submitted no later than 5:00 PM local Kathmandu time on March 06, 2024 by email to npl-egl-procurement@chemonics.com.Questions must be submitted in writing; phone calls will not be accepted.
