Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Develop materials needed for life and protective skills- Manual and format printing for Rupantaran Class

Welfare Association for Children Tikapur (WACT Tikapur) is a partner NGO of WVIN implementing Protection Community Engagement Sponsorship Project in Tikapur kailali . We are planning to procure Manual for life and protective skills- Manual and format printing for Rupantaran Class. The Key objective of this assignment is to Develop materials needed for life and protective skills- Manual and format printing for Rupantaran Class through open tender process and kindly requests to submit Quotation form (annex 1) along with below required documents. 

Terms and conditions:

• Firm Registration Certificate/s
• VAT Registration Certificate
• Latest Tax Clearance Certificate (FY 2078/79)
• Authorized Dealer Certificate (if applicable)
• At first lot, the awarded vendor should deliver each items as per Annex 2. 
• WACT Tikapur may establish a one-year long framework agreement with the awarded vendor. 
• Considering the future requirement, Tentative annual required quantity for the same items has been mentioned in the same quotation form annex 1. 
• The Annex Documents should be completely filled and signed with authorized stamp and submitted along with required documents.

Hard copy of the quotation along with requested supporting documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Quotation for Develop materials needed for life and protective skills- Manual and format printing for Rupantaran Class” at the following address:  However, Quotation received from email will not be accepted.
