FHI 360 is a global organization that mobilizes research, resources and relationships so that people everywhere can access the opportunities they need to lead full, healthy lives.  We listen to, learn from and work with communities to expand social and economic opportunity, improve health and well-being, and respond to humanitarian crises. Since 1977, in close partnership with the Government of Nepal, civil society, academia, and the private sector, FHI 360 Nepal delivers essential health services—including HIV, maternal, newborn and child health and nutrition—along with procurement and supply chain management, global health security and air quality management.

FHI 360 Nepal Office is requesting proposal from qualified locally registered agencies to provide services related to new office setup. Detailed technical specifications/bill of quantities and other requirements for proposal submission can be obtained via email request to ProcurementNP@fhi360.org

Electronic proposal including all required documents should be submitted through email to ProcurementNP@fhi360.org following FHI 360 Nepal’s instructions for electronic proposal submission.  

The deadline for submission of the proposal is April 8, 2026. Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted and will be considered non-responsive. 

FHI 360 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposal without assigning any reason whatsoever.
