Context

Rastriya Rojgar Prawardhan Kendra (RRPK) is a non-governmental, non-profit making social development organization. RRPK was established in 2061 BS (2004 AD) by a team of active professionals with long experience in the field of integrated community development, specifically community organization, health and disability, HIV and AIDS, Community forestry, micro-finance, gender and empowerment, good governance, child rights, Livelihood, Safe Migration, DRR and WASH. RRPK is registered under Society Registration Act, 2034, at the District Administration Office of Sarlahi. It is affiliated with the Social Welfare Council (SWC) Nepal and a member of NGOCC and Federation Sarlahi. RRPK started its social development programme in Sarlahi district from 2005. RRPK is continuously being supported by different national, international donors and I/NGOs as well as government of Nepal. 

RRPK is an implementing partner for the education project called Strengthening Inclusive Education in Nepal (SIKAI), which is a consortium project of Handicap International (HI), World Vision International Nepal (WVI) and World Education Inc. (WEI). The project has been targeted in 81 Schools (including 58 community schools and 23 registered Madarasas); children inside the schools, out of school children and entire community from four target Palikas namely; Haripurwa Municipality, Parsa Rural Municipality, Chandranagar Rural Municipality, and Brahmapuri Rural Municipality of Sarlahi District. Local government, Education Units, Schools, Disable People’s Organizations (DPOs), and School Management Committee/Parents Teacher Associations (SMC/PTAs), women group, youth and child clubs  are coordinated and engaged to monitor the Inclusive Education system and practices influenced by multiple aspects in the society, including implementation and adherence to policy, service delivery, prevailing social norms or harmful practice within the community, the home environment and the school environment. Responding to this, the project seeks to empower and mobilize the actors within the ecosystem in order to create change holistically. The project works with the local government representatives to develop and enact localized guidelines on inclusive policies, while at the same time working with school management committees to ensure schools are delivering on the basic services outlined in those policies. Parents are supported to create more supportive learning environment at home through the creation of low-cost learning materials. The project encourages encourage fathers and other male role models in the community to become ambassadors of change to reduce inequalities within their community.

 RRPK is requesting for technical & financial proposal for the various consultancy service which details requirement/experience are mention on attached ToR. Details of Consultancy services & ToR are as following:

Interested qualified individuals/ firms are requested to submit their sealed technical & Financial proposal at the below mentioned address along with following documents within 24th September, 2022 before 5:00 PM.

2. Consultant Registration Form (Attached) – mandatory for new applicants
3. Supplier Code of Conduct – Attached with link
4. Detailed TOR (Annex 4)
5. Financial Proposal (Annex 5)
6. Technical Proposal
7. PAN/VAT registration certificate 
8. Tax clearance certificate
9. Registration certificate( In case of form)
10. Updated profile of company

Note: Technical & Financial proposal should be separate as per package number. 

RFP should be sealed & closed in envelope with RRPK details.
