Mercy Corps Nepal is planning to procure agricultural commodities for USAID funded BHAKRI program. Agriculture input support envisioned under BHAKARI is to support vulnerable farmers impacted from drought, covid and monsoon who are not connected with quality market vendors and facing problems due to low access and procurement capacity. The participants of this support will get technical support from implementing partners for the utilization and proper use. BHAKARI is implemented in Surkhet, Dailekh, Kalikot, Jumla and Mugu districts of Karnali Province and Achham district of Sudurpaschim province. 

Mercy Corps Nepal invites tender for procurement of Agriculture inputs-Seeds, drip irrigation set and tools in BHAKARI implementation Palikas. Therefore, eligible firms are invited to submit their bids. 

Tender package can be downloaded from the day of the publication of notice from http://nepal.mercycorps.org/procurement/ or https://www.mercycorps.org/tenders. Only tenders submitted in prescribed form and within deadline will be considered. The bid document should be submitted to tenders@mercycorps.org

Terms and Conditions (Mandatory):

Completely filled tender document along with all the document mentioned in tender package should be submitted to the email: tenders@mercycorps.org by 20 March 2022, 5 pm NPT.

The email should mention the subject as MCN/SKT/079/2022/2/Nepal- Supply of Agriculture Inputs

If any questions regarding the tender, all questions should be submitted to email: np-procurement@mercycorps.org  by 13 March 2022; 5 pm NPT. All prospective bidders will access consolidated questions and answers on Mercy Corps Nepal website and Mercy Corps global website alongside the tender package by 15 March, 2022: 6 pm NPT
