Details / requirements:
Position: Reception / Front Desk and Communication Assistant (1 No.)
Duty Station: Kathmandu
Key Responsibilities:
- Support meeting arrangements, scheduling, and office communication
- Maintain and manage the office library, files, and documentation system
- Maintain records, reports, and official documents in both soft and hard copies
- Manage reception and front-desk operations, including handling visitors, phone calls, and correspondence
- Provide administrative support to program and management teams
- Assist in day-to-day office operations, logistics, and coordination
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum Intermediate (+2) or Bachelor’s degree preferable Master Degree in Management, Social Sciences, or related fields,
- At least 1 years of relevant work experience in reception, front-desk handling, administration, or office management
- Experience in library management and documentation will be an added advantage
- Good command of Nepali and English
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and basic office software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
