Quotation for the procurement of Sanitation and Hygiene Items

Starlight Foundation is a not-for-profit company.  The registration with the Company Registrar office and Social Welfare Council was completed in October 2019.  The Starlight Foundation exists to support and empower children and families from Nepal’s Himalayan regions through health, education, anti-human sex trafficking and environmental programs. Within the Foundation’s objectives, it can play to make an impact in the communities among children, women, and the society. Currently, the Foundation is working in running three health centers in northern Gorkha, provide scholarship to children with disability (specifically Cerebral Palsy) and provides art classes to children (girls) and women who have been rescued or come from abused backgrounds.

Starlight Foundation in partnership with Justice Ventures International is implementing ‘Community Health Development Project' at Chumnubri Rural Municipalities of Gorkha district, Gandaki Province; and ‘Freedom Project’ at Lalitpur and Kathmandu Metropolitan cities, Bagmati province of Nepal.

SLF would like to request for a quotation for the following “Sanitation and Hygiene Items”.

Terms & Conditions

1. General

1. Quoted prices for the above-mentioned items shall be inclusive of govt. taxes and duties as per prevailing Tax Laws of Govt. of Nepal.
2. Quoted prices must be according to the requirements mentioned in the specification.
3. SLF team will visit the vendor to ensure and verify the items quality and stock before making agreement.
4. After verification of quality and stock, an agreement will be made and then only Purchase Order will be submitted.
5. Payments will be made in the form of a cheque after completion of material delivery, physical verification, and submission of the invoice to SLF.
6. All Goods should be based on the technical Specification mentioned above.
7. Total quantity may slightly vary.
8. SLF reserves the right to reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason thereof.

2. Bid Submission

1. Responses to this RFQ should be dropped with the below document no later than February 1, 2023, at 5 p.m. 
2. The document should be wax sealed or can be submitted through the email to starlight.foundation.slf@gmail.com
3. Along with this RFQ following documents are to be submitted: 
   • Company Registration Certificate
   • PAN/VAT registration Certificate
   • Latest tax clearance Certificate

3. Validity of Bid

Quote given shall remain unchanged for 1 month.
