Position: Psychosocial Counselor

Job Description

• Conduct community based psychosocial orientation and sensitization program
• Identify and provide counseling sessions to the target group
• Prepare the counseling session plan and counseling session report
• Prepare the case study as per required and maintain the confidentiality
• Conduct life skill trainings for the victims/survivors
• Conduct Psychosocial group intervention and provide focus psychosocial support to needy clients
• Working with survivor of TIP would be an added advantage
  

Jobs Specification:

• Completed Bachelor degree with 6 months training on psychosocial counseling.
• Good reporting and communication skills
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills        
• Dealing capacity and sensitivity while dealing with the victims
• Able to work in multi culture environment
• Must have 2-3 years of experience in related field
