National Association of Rural Municipalities in Nepal (NARMIN) is an umbrella organization of 460 Rural Municipalities (RMs) in Nepal after the introduction of federalism in Nepal and is recognized as an advocacy, lobby and resource organization in the country to strengthen local governance processes as per the Constitutional spirit of cooperation, co-existence and co-ordination between federal, provincial and local levels and has been closely working with the federal,  provincial  and local governments on the issues ranging from policy reform to legislative reform and local governments’ capacity development. NARMIN is looking for WASH Provincial Coordination Officers (Two) who will support to Local Governments (LGs) on Strengthening WASH Sector Governance in LGs supported by The WASH Systems for Health (WS4H) project, funded by FCDO and implemented by SNV and Water Aid in Nepal and Bangladesh. Details ToR is attached herewith.
