ADRA serves in more than 130 countries to bring long-term development programs and immediate emergency response to communities through a network of global offices. Since 1987 ADRA Nepal has operated portfolios in the Health, Economic Development and Livelihood, Education, and Disaster Risk Management sectors. 

ADRA Nepal is expecting to receive funding from Canadian Foodgrains Bank for the follow up phase of “Food Security and Agriculture Resilience project (FOSTER)” in Dhading district. The project aims to contribute towards building resilience of poor and vulnerable community to food security shocks and stresses by diversifying livelihood options and increasing income. 

Project Officer (Dhading based): One

• Qualification and Competencies:
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in Agriculture, Animal science or development studies with minimum three (3) years of experience in agriculture or livelihood project. Prior similar experience with diverse team and frequent travel is highly desirable.
