Center for Equal Access Development (CEAD) Nepal Doti is non profitable NGO of Doti working in the various sector since 2063 B.S. CEAD Nepal is going to implement "Group Approach for Transformational Holistic Activity (GATHA) Project” in Shikhar municipality (Ward No 2, 3 & 6) Doti. So CEAD Nepal is seeking for qualified, dynamic and motivated Nepali citizen on following positions for smooth implementation of this project with potential candidates.

Project coordinator (No. 1)

  • Bachelors in Development Studies, Social Work, social sciences, humanities, law or relevant field. with at least 7 years of working experience in managing multiple projects with diverse team. 
  • Adequate knowledge and experiences in Gender Equity and Social Inclusion (GESI).
  • Should have strong project implementation, documentation, facilitation skills including report writing skills.
  • Should have strong coordination, communication district level.
  • Should have sound knowledge of project coordinating skill.
  • Should have excellent computer skills in MS-Word, Excel, Power Point and data analysis.
  • Portfolio Management (portfolio project, reports, risks, problem solving, team, governance)
  • Solid Project Quality and Technical Management
  • Community empowerment and engagements at different level for sustainability
  • Evidence of project Impact or Result collection/compilation to be shared at/for wider platform.
  • Actively look for development resources that could be of benefit to the community.

Project Officer (Female) (No:1)

  • Bachelors in Development Studies, Social Work, social sciences, humanities, law or relevant field with at least 3 years of working experience in managing multiple projects with diverse team. 
  • Intermediate (+2) in the given sector, management, humanities, social science or business studies with at least 5 years of working experience in managing multiple projects with diverse team. 
  • Should have strong communication, documentation, effective coordination and training facilitation skills in palika level.
  • Report writing skills.
  • Experience in data collection (digital) and desk study. 
  • Should have excellent computer skills in MS-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and data analysis.
  • Orient stakeholders in the identified SHG approach area prior to implementation
  • Coordinate and facilitate training to CFs and SHGs according to Self help approach (SHA) training modules
  • To monitor the work of the CFs in terms of quality and quantity
  • Field support, routine database management, write-up success stories, respond community feedback and any quality issue in implementation

Accountant (No. 1) part time

  • Intermediate (+2) in Commerce, Business Studies or Equivalent. (Minimum three years of experience in independently handling budgeting, financial accounting, planning and analysis)
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of MS office Package & Internet
  • Experience of working in a computerized accounting environment like software. 
  • Financial management; general financial recording and book keeping, support and ensure all payments are made following financial procedures with expense verification and supporting documents
  • Budgeting  Financial monitoring and reporting
  • Admin and Supply Chain Management
  • Compliance and other (assist in audits, liaised with government agencies such as Tax Office, tax clearance etc)

Community Facilitator

(No.7) Paid volunteer

  • Intermediate (+2) in the given sector, management, humanities, social science or business studies with at least 2 years of working experience in managing multiple projects with diverse team. 
  • Good facilitation and communication skills
  • Person with integrity, religious tolerance and passion for the community change
  • Open minded and willing to learn new things
  • Should have strong documentation, effective coordination in palika level.
  • training facilitation skills in community level.
