Consultancy Service for Project Audit

People in Need (PIN) is a non-governmental, non-profit, international organization, founded in the Czech Republic in 1992. PIN has been operating in Nepal since 2015, addressing the needs of marginalized communities, including those living in remote areas, historically marginalized ethnic groups, and individuals marginalized due to age or gender identity.

We are seeking to establish service agreements with potential service providers in Nepal. If your organization is interested in supporting PIN’s work, we welcome your participation in this tender process.

Tender Details:

• Tender documentation, including detailed instructions for bidders and required forms, can be requested via email at eoi.nepal@peopleinneed.net. Please use the subject line: “Tender Package for Project Audit”. Requests must be submitted no later than 7th January 2026, 16:30.
• Deadline for submission of completed tender documents: 9th January 2026, 17:00. Bids received after the deadline will be returned to the bidder. If the submission date falls on a holiday, the next working day will be considered the deadline.
• Requests for clarification must be sent via email to eoi.nepal@peopleinneed.net. by 5th January 2026, 17:00. Responses, if provided, will be shared with all bidders by 6th January 2026. PIN does not guarantee answers to all questions.
• PIN will not be responsible for any costs incurred by bidders in preparing or submitting their bids.
• PIN reserves the right to cancel the tender at any time without providing a reason.
