Sunaulo Parivar Nepal (SPN), is a well-established NGO which is delivering Family Planning and Sexual Reproductive Health services through‐out Nepal via different service delivery channels: centres and Marie Stopes (MS) Ladies. It works in partnership with MSI Reproductive Choices UK, a global charity for providing reproductive health services across the world with a mission of ensuring individual’s fundamental right to have children by choice not chance.
We are looking for qualified and competent candidates for the following position:

Job Description:
The Program Manager – MS Ladies Channel is responsible for efficient and effective execution of the channel activities by coordinating with teams, tracking, monitoring and meeting deadlines, and overseeing logistics required for this program. S/He develops plans, maintains documentation, track budgets, and ensure compliance along with facilitating communication, and aligns activities with strategic goals to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes.
Qualification and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in public health/ social work or relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in management role.
- Experience in dynamic, fast-paced problem solving and turning around struggling initiatives
- Experience managing external contractors and consultants
- Experience as a line manager including performance management (desirable)
- Experience in writing donor reports for large grants, including narrative and results matrices
- Experience in Marie Stopes Systems and processes (desirable)
- Experience in reproductive health programming (desirable)
- Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
- Sympathetic to community members seeking Sexual and Reproductive Health services
- Ability to manage a very heavy and fluctuating workload
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office Package
- Able to generate evidence and motivate teams to achieve projections.
