Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), familiar with online platforms (Google Docs/Drive) 
• Have an experience and interest in child related field.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Plan and execute program activities and events.
• Coordinate with team members, local government, stakeholders and partners.
• Monitor progress, collect data, and report outcomes. 
• Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Smooth communication and reporting to Head office team.
