Medical Service Management Trust Nepal, a non-profit organization based in Lalitpur, is seeking a qualified “Pharmacy Officer” to join its team.

1. Location: Medical Service Management Trust Nepal, Chakupat, Lalitpur.

2. Responsibilities

The position entails dispensing medicines to patients while ensuring the efficient management of pharmacy operations. You will be accountable for maintaining precise inventory records and guaranteeing that essential medicine lists are readily available for local health facilities. Accurate and secure data management is critical, with strict adherence to confidentiality standards. Furthermore, you will oversee compliance with legal requirements and quality standards for all procured goods. This role also involves training local health workers in pharmacy and logistics management and supervising health centers to ensure effective inventory control and minimize stock wastage.

3. Eligibility

Candidates must hold at least a Diploma in Pharmacy or equivalent and be registered with the Nepal Pharmacy Council (NPC). Applicants should have a minimum of two years of relevant work experience and possess strong knowledge of inventory management, including proficiency in handling Medipro software, and MS office. Excellent communication skills and professional competence in the pharmaceutical field are essential.
